23. Keita Bates-Diop, SF/PF, Ohio State

Bates-Diop has always been on the draft radar, but spent most of his first three seasons as a fringe second round prospect. Now, he’s making a serious push for the first round.

Ohio State in general has overperformed this season, and Bates-Diop is a big reason why. His shot-making at the four spot has been invaluable to their offense, as he’s crafty around the interior and can hit 3-pointers at a 36.4 percent clip.

Standing around 6-7 with a 7-4 wingspan, Bates-Diop’s physical tools and defensive upside are what’s going to draw scouts’ attention at the next level. He may be hovering in the second round for most, but expect him to be a constant riser as March Madness rolls around.
