Quoted quotables

In his quote, he stated outright that losing is the best option. An NBA owner, who was once a huge critic of the Philadelphia 76ers and Sam Hinkie, is admittedly aiming to lose?

So the man who was not exactly a fan of the architect of the Philadelphia 76ers rebuild is trying to short-cut to the same results.  And that reactionary approach will not replicate the rebuild, even in passing.  But the national media saw the comments, automatically associating them with former Philadelphia 76ers exec Sam Hinkie.

Cowherd the absurd

And that prompted talking head Colin Cowherd to jump in with his two-cents on why tanking in the NBA doesn’t work. And if Cowherd had limited his commentary on the Dallas Mavericks, he would get agreement from me. But he cast a net to include the Philadelphia 76ers.
