Musa might be a lottery pick if he were semi-capable on defense. He projects as a subpar defender in just about every way, and at 6-9, his 6-8.5 wingspan doesn’t exactly hep his cause.

Still, the Bosnian wing is one of the most polished scorers in this class, capable of creating his own shot better than most players slotted ahead of him. He’s producing at a high level for a solid European clubas well.

The Lakers don’t necessarily need to stash their pick, but Musa might be the best player on the board. He’s skilled enough offensively to contribute if he comes over, but the Lakers might have to wait a year or two (and that’s fine).
