It feels likely that the Sixers will end up with somebody named Bridges in June. With Mikal off the board, the Michigan State star will (again) find himself projected to Philly.

Bridges took a risk returning for a second season, but there’s a chance that it pays off after his strong finish to the year. He’s a high-flying athlete with a strong 6-6 frame, giving the Sixers another versatile defender who can play significant minutes as a small ball four behind Dario Saric.

Offensively, Bridges’ development as a passer and ball handler was big. He’ll still do most of his damage as a shooter and off-ball cutter, though, which fits nicely next to Simmons and Joel Embiid.
