4. player. 66. . PF/C. Duke. Marvin Bagley III

The Suns enter the lottery with the best odds, so naturally our simulation has them falling to fourth for the second consecutive season. They still have the opportunity to add an elite talent in Bagley, though.

Like Bamba, there are plenty of people on both sides of the spectrum when it comes to Bagley. He wasn’t a great defender at Duke and his offensive polish was lacking at times. Still, flaws and all, it’s tough to imagine Bagley dropping much further than this on draft night.

Boasting elite athleticism and a high motor, Bagley’s rebounding presence and room to grow offensively gives him both a high floor and a high ceiling. The Suns, who have been disappointed by the production of Dragan Bender and Marquese Chriss, can add some much-needed frontcourt depth.
