Depending on how you classify certain players, Luka Doncic and Michael Porter Jr. might be the best wings in the 2018 NBA Draft class. Outside of those two, however, Mikal Bridges is the clear-cut best player available at his position.

While not much of a shot creator, Bridges fits the Sixers — and just about every other team — with ease. He’s a multi-positional defender who can shoot at a high clip from beyond the arc, exemplifying the 3-and-D archetype that teams crave nowadays.

His off-ball movement and ability to space the floor would fit seamlessly next to Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid, while his length would be a welcomed addition to one of the better defensive cores in the league. Scoring on lineups including Simmons, Embiid, Bridges and Robert Covington would be considerably difficult.

Several mocks have Bridges going to the Sixers at 10, although there’s little guarantee that he falls that far. The Bulls will be looking for wing depth ahead of them, while teams like Cleveland or New York could be drawn to a quality two-way wing.
