Point guard is a definite need for the Suns, but opting to go Best Player Available is always a good idea for rebuilding teams. Knox had highs and lows during his freshman campaign at Kentucky, but projects as a talented offensive player at either forward spot.
Standing around 6-9, Knox’s athleticism makes him an instant mismatch at power forward. He’s a smart cutter with a variety of nifty finishing moves around the rim. His shooting made promising strides as the season progressed as well.
The next step in Knox’s development will be ball handling. He flashed the shot-making prowess of a go-to scorer, but needs to prove he can do more when looking to create his own offense on the perimeter.
