Okobo is the best international prospect outside of Doncic and arguably the best point guard prospect outside the lottery. The Blazers’ commitment to the Damian Lillard-C.J. McCollum duo has been questioned in the past, making this kind of selection all the more intriguing.

Capable of playing both on and off the ball, Okobo fits next to either Lillard or McCollum — whether it be in the starting lineup or off the bench. As a floor spacer with tremendous scoring upside off the dribble, Okobo would be an upgrade over Shabazz Napier, at the very least.

At 6-3, Okobo is a plus athlete with long arms. He has the makings of a decent two-way guard in the NBA.
