27. . SF. Kentucky. Kevin Knox. 9. player
Knox’s stock has been rising lately, projected somewhere in the 7-14 range. The Knicks seem to be gaining a lot of traction given their underwhelming wing depth and limited versatility on the perimeter.
At 6-foot-9, Knox has a lot of desirable tools. He can space the floor, fluidly attack the lane and defend multiple positions, all of which fits into the modern NBA. It’s easy to picture Knox growing into a complimentary role next to Kristaps Porzingis and Tim Hardaway Jr.
Kentucky wasn’t the best team to showcase the full extent of Knox’s talent. Gilgeous-Alexander was their only reliable playmaker and proper spacing was hard to come by. With NBA talent around him and an offensive system that’s conducive to his success, we could see considerable growth.
