DiVincenzo has been shooting up draft boards ever since his 31-point performance in Villanova’s national championship win. As one of the most talented comboguards in the draft, the Wolves could jump on him in an effort to establish long-term perimeter depth.

Jeff Teague is a solid player, but he wasn’t particularly impressive last season. Derrick Rose inexplicably got more playing time than Tyus Jones, who doesn’t seem too happy about his situation. Grabbing another player who can handle the ball and space the floor around Karl-Anthony Towns makes sense.

Traditionally, Thibs isn’t the biggest fan of playing rookies. DiVincenzo could be an exception, though, playing hard-nosed defense and showing impressive poise as the sixth man in Villanova’s pro-style offense.
