The Pacers might be looking for another point guard to pair with Victor Oladipo. Okobo is the best lead guard available, soaring up draft boards after a series of strong performances in France. He checks a lot of boxes for Indiana.

Despite being just 6-foot-3, Okobo is long enough to defend either guard spot. He can also play without the ball, hitting spot-up threes at a high level and staying in motion. Given Oladipo’s usage rate, that’s key to their ability to coexist on the perimeter.

A crafty ball-handler who shoots lefty, Okobo naturally draws some comparisons to James Harden. He’s nowhere near that level as a player, but can make some impressive shots off the bounce and finish with touch in the lane.
