Reid doesn’t fit the description of your typical lottery pick in 2018 — he’s a center who weighs in on the heavier side, struggling to defend in space and boasting serious concerns about his conditioning. But his offensive skill set is too impressive to overlook.

Listed at 6-foot-10, 240 pounds, Reid probably exceeds both those measurements. He’s also a highly advanced scorer, displaying compact ball-handling and the ability to, potentially, score at all three levels.

He can space the floor with a three-point shot, but also thrives as a face-up scorer and in transition. His ability to handle the ball and leverage his strength around the basket generates unique scoring opportunities. He’s also an advanced passer at the five spot.

For offensive upside alone, Reid profiles as one of the best centers in this class. Expect him to show out as one of LSU’s primary options next season.
