24. Cedi Osman, Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cavaliers will be embracing their young talent a bit more with LeBron James out the door. That should translate into a starting spot for Osman, who showed promising flashes throughout last season.
The Turk brings defensive hustle, along with shooting and secondary playmaking on the wing. He’s smart, versatile and brings the kind of energy that every fanbase — and coach — loves. Expect Osman to play a big role in the Cavs’ offense next season.
23. Maurice Harkless, Portland Trail Blazers
Harkless keeps chugging along as an underrated but effective wing in Portland. For the second straight season, he made significant strides as a three-point shooter in 2017-18, upping his percentage 41.5 from deep.
22. Wesley Matthews, Dallas Mavericks
Matthews has never lived up to his contract in Dallas, but he’s still an effective 3-and-D wing who stands to benefit from the presence of Luka Doncic. Alongside Dennis Smith Jr., the Mavericks now have two set-up men who can create off the bounce, keep the ball moving and eventually locate Matthews for open shots on the perimeter.
