2. Sat., March 2 vs. Golden State Warriors — Boos needed
It will be a Saturday night special as the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors make their only Philly appearance on March 2. The game time is at a very unkid-friendly 8:30 p.m. because it will be televised by ABC and that is when they wanted it.
The Warriors are the team on top with, no end to their reign on top in sight. For that reason alone they deserve a chorus of boos.

The good thing for Sixer fans is that the Warriors have so many players that are eminently boo-able. Steph Curry (far too cute), Klay Thompson (too cool), Draymond Green (trash talker) and coach Steve Kerr (too smart).
And of course there is Andre Iguodala. Sixer fans liked booing him when he was with the 76ers so no reason to stop now. At least now they do not have to feel guilty about booing him.
The biggest reason to boo the Warriors is that, against such a overwhelming opponent, the 76ers players are going to need as much fan support as possible.
When they met at the Center last season, the Sixers sped out to a 20-point halftime lead as the crowd roared. Now, of course, the Warriors woke up and decided to play and flicked the Sixers away like a bug at the end, but that crowd noise keyed their first-half run.
Sixers fans need for the good of the team to do one thing that night:
Boo!!
