The brother of Tyus Jones, Tre Jones will follow in his footsteps at Duke. While the Blue Devils have several high-profile recruits, Jones’ importance to the team can’t be overstated. He’s in change of delegating Coach K’s offense among several star players.

A smart, measured playmaker, Jones profiles as a safe lead guard prospect in the mid-first round discussion. He isn’t getting much draft love now, but as we’ve seen in recent seasons, it normally behooves Duke prospects to go one-and-done. Replacements roll in every season.

In addition to his playmaking chops, Jones is an excellent shooter, smooth finisher and competitive defender. He lacks elite athleticism, but has the skill level and basketball I.Q. to make up that ground at the next level.
