After playing in limited minutes over the last two seasons, Hachimura finally seems ready to step into a bigger role with Gonzaga. His offense has always been a work in progress, but few players possess his ceiling on defense.

Standing 6-foot-8 with a 7-foot-2 wingspan, Hachimura is an impressive physical specimen. He’s aggressive underneath, can slide along the perimeter, and will rack up some impressive blocks and steals as the season progresses.

A career 22.5 percent three-point shooter on low volume, Hachimura would benefit greatly from adding a reliable spot-up jumper. If he can take the next step skill-wise, there’s little keeping Hachimura from the top 10 on most draft boards.
