4. Lil’ Dicky

David Burd, better known as his stage name Lil’ Dicky, has been a Philly fan from the start. Lil’ Dicky hails from Cheltenham, just outside North Philadelphia. Anyone from the area that remotely knows who he is knows he’s a true-blue Philadelphia fan. LD makes several appearances a year at the Wells Fargo Center, where he is rarely calm and collected.

Lil’ Dicky will shoot baskets before and after games, and the man can shoot ! LD also loves to launch t-shirts into the stands. If you’ve ever seen him there, he tries to throw like Roger Clemens.

Lil’ Dicky rose to fame rapping on the internet. His first album came out in 2015, but his fame ascended with his 2018 hit with Chris Brown, “Freaky Friday”. If you’ve ever come across LD’s social media feeds he (much like most of the people on this list) reps his hometown any chance he gets. He takes the cake for best celebrity t-shirt tosser and goofiest celebrity fan.
