Few bigs are as unique as Naz Reid, who fits the unicorn label in more ways than one. While there are valid concerns regarding Reid’s conditioning and defensive fit at the next level, he’s too talented offensively not to receive top-20 hype.

Reid is shooting 34.6 percent on 3.3 three-point attempts per game, flashing range well beyond the NBA line. He’s also well-versed off the dribble, using quick crossovers and tight spin moves to generate space and finish inside.

When in transition, Reid’s bulky frame, passing instincts and feathery touch are on full display. The upside is tantalizing, even with the obvious flaws. Reid will surely draw more interest from some scouts than others, but expect his stock to gradually trend upward.
