Despite shooting woes, Romeo Langford remains one of the most intriguing wings in the draft. He’s showing ample promise as the go-to weapon in Indiana’s offense, using various moves to create off the dribble and score.

Assuming some positive regression, Langford projects as one of the better shooters in the top 10. He’s been a smooth perimeter threat throughout his high school, so there’s reason for optimism. He also fits the Hawks’ rebuild quite nicely.

The Hawks are already chasing Warriors-lite status, with Trae Young, Kevin Huerter and John Collins thriving in Lloyd Pierce’s spaced-out, up-tempo offense. Add another versatile wing who can create, shoot and defend, and it’s easy to picture success for Langford.
