Formerly of Mega Bemax and on loan to Buducnost, Goga Bitadze has put together another strong season in Europe, establishing himself as a first-round prospect. The NBA is going away from traditional centers, but Bitadze has the size, skill and mobility to carve out a serviceable niche.

There are questions about Bitadze’s ability to defend in space, but he’s relatively light on his feet at 6-foot-11. That fluidity shines on offense, where his footwork and soft touch allow him to score effectively in the post. He’s also an apt rim protector.

A constant riser of late, there’s a chance Bitadze moves up draft boards between now and June. Teams are evidently interested, as Bitadze continues to cement his status as the top international prospect outside Sekou Doumbouya.
