12. Mike Muscala
76ers season stats: GP 47| MINS 22.1| FG% 39.2| 3P% 34.2| FT% 81.8| TRB 4.3| AST 1.3| STL 0.4| BLK 0.6| TOV 0.9| PF 2.4| PTS 7.4
Like so many other big men in these rankings, Mike Muscala was solid for Philly offensively. He was a good floor spacer that could play the four or five. However, it was defense where he struggled. He was too slow to guard quicker power forwards and was bullied on the inside against opposing centers. Overall he was a solid backup, but ended up as apart of the Harris deal. Muscala was first traded to the Los Angele Clippers and then the Los Angeles Lakers.
11. Wilson Chandler
76ers season stats: GP 36| MINS 26.4| FG% 44.0| 3P% 39.0| FT% 72.2| TRB 4.7| AST 2.0| STL 0.6| BLK 0.5| TOV 1.1| PF 2.6| PTS 6.7
After having a solid career with the New York Knicks and the Denver Nuggets, Wilson Chandler struggled to duplicate that level of play with the Sixers. Don’t be mistaken, he was a solid floor spacer and defender, but he wasn’t able to score like he could earlier in his career. Injuries and age played a part in this to be sure, but it’s a shame that he couldn’t produce more for the Sixers. He was a part of the trade that landed the Sixers Harris.
10. Jonah Bolden
76ers season stats: GP 44| MINS 14.5| FG% 49.4| 3P% 35.4| FT% 48.1| TRB 3.8| AST 0.9| STL 0.4| BLK 0.9| TOV 0.8| PF 2.3| PTS 4.7
The rookie big man was a pleasant surprise for the Sixers this season. Jonah Bolden took some time to develop, but by the mid to end part of December, he was seeing minutes on a regular basis. He played well, spacing the floor and defending well. He lost his normal spot in the rotation to Marjanovic and struggled with foul trouble near the end of the season. However, he does have a bright future in Philly.
