Tony Wroten played for the Sixers from 2013-2015. During his first two seasons, albeit a piece on a disaster of a franchise at the time, he was actually productive for their standards. He averaged 13 points in 2014-2015 and 16.9 the following season. The team ended up waving him in late December.

After eight games in 2015-2016, Wroten would never see an NBA floor again. He spent time in the G-League and is now a member of the Latvian-Estonian Basketball League team, Kalev/Cramo.

Wroten is actually the one who coined the phrase, “Trust the Process.” It was initially an answer to a question, but caught on quickly. It is widely used even outside of basketball culture, much like Kevin Durant’s “The real MVP” statement from his 2014 award speech.

For the All-Time “Process” Sixers, Wroten is going to be a spark plug off the bench. When Michael Carter-Williams or Landry Shamet need rest, Wroten is going to come in as a slasher. His impact will be limited as a result of his poor 3-point shooting abilities (23 percent for his career).

Wroten will also be useful for defense as he will take on the quick, agile players in a league knee-deep in talented guards.

Wroten can play a similar role as James Ennis currently plays. He will give roughly 85 percent of what Ennis gives. He obviously is not as much of a floor spacer but for 12-15 minutes a game, he can be an asset when the second or third unit players are out on the floor. He must be on the court with other shooters as the defenses will condense with Wroten out there.
