Although the last time that Jerami Grant suited up in a Philadelphia 76ers uniform took place four years ago, his progression in the Western Conference is worth noting. The 25-year-old utility man is thriving in a newfound role with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Grant, logging 63 percent of his 9,233 career minutes played at the power forward position, reached a career high in points (13.6), rebounds (5.2), steals (0.8) and minutes (32.7) on a per game basis.
