  • PG — Ben Simmons
  • SG — Danny Green
  • SF — Jimmy Butler
  • PF — Tobias Harris
  • C — Joel Embiid
  • Bench — Isaiah Thomas, Zhaire Smith, Matisse Thybulle, Mike Scott, Nerlens Noel, James Ennis III, Jonah Bolden, Wayne Ellington, Shake Milton, Boban Marjanovic, Marial Shayok (two-way), Norvel Pelle (two-way)

I believe the 2019-20 Philadelphia 76ers starting group will look very similar to last seaso’s, having four out of five of their starters returning and rounding out the first group with sharpshooter and plus defender Danny Green.

J.J Redick will likely receive a big-money contract from a team like the New York Knicks who could strike out on the biggest free agents and look to fill their cap space with J.J., who is a very good scorer.

Also, according to Isaiah Thomas, he is in great shape and will look to return to the player he was in Boston this upcoming season and I believe that he would be the perfect fit next to very good defensive players in Zhaire Smith and Matisse Thybulle off the bench. Also a Nerlans Noel reunion would be a great fit for both parties as Brett Brown and Elton Brand have stressed defensive-minded players and Noel would be a good defender off the bench.

If Ben Simmons, Zhaire Smith, and Matisse Thybulle can improve their outside shooting on the offensive end, this team will go very far in the playoffs because that would expand their scoring options.  My prediction for this seasons team will be for them to win 57 games and return to the NBA Finals for the first time in 18 years.
