There are a lot of reasons that NBA teams select players to join their squad. However, there is usually one reason above all others. Here is one key statistic that illuminates the value of each new Philadelphia 76ers addition.

You can spend hours pouring over statistics or analytics on every player in the NBA these days. Outside of how they do after taking a sip of water (which I am sure they are working on) you can pretty much learn everything about everybody’s game from free sites like NBA.com and Basketball-Reference.com to pay sites such as Cleaning The Glass.

There usually is one thing that stands out and makes a team want to pull the trigger on acquiring a player.

So we have boiled it down to the key statistic that will be a major factor in each player’s ability to help the  Philadelphia 76ers make a legitimate NBA title run.

(Shoutout to The J-Notes for coming up with the original idea)

The criteria for being included in this breakdown is, the player must have been acquired by the 76ers either via trade or free agent signing after July 1, 2019 (officially) and are not a rookie.
