The 2020 rookie class will have a strong French flavor, with the country producing multiple high-upside prospects worth a first-round glance. Malcolm Cazalon is among that group — a talented slasher who fits the mold of effective off-guards in the NBA.

Listed at 6-foot-6, Cazalon is an natural left-handed scorer, using a quick first step to pressure the defense and finish inside. He has a nice floater, a projectable frame and possesses the right blend of power and finesse to make it at the next level.

Cazalon isn’t a bad shooter either. His low release point is a concern, but he has shown the ability to hit both pull-up and spot-up jumpers. If he can iron out his mechanics, the potential becomes much greater.
