Jamal Crawford
Ah yes, the three-time Sixth Man of the Year who still has some gas left in his tank. Crawford isn’t the most effective shooter (career effective shooting percentage of 47.5 percent, yikes), he can get you buckets as a volume shooter.

Crawford has never been a great defender, and, at 39 years old, he can’t seem to defend at all. When he was on the court last season, the Suns would give up 6.1 more points per 100 possessions than when he was off the court, and his opponent had a 0.9 percent higher effective field goal percentage when guarded by Crawford, according to Cleaning The Glass.
Even if Crawford doesn’t contribute a ton on the court, he’ll more than make up for it off the court, a trusted veteran, Crawford is known for his ability to mentor the young guys, Sixers rookie Matisse Thybulle and sophomore Zhaire Smith can stand to gain a lot learning from a guy like Jamal.
That being said, I don’t see the Sixers using a roster spot on “veteran presence” when there are still questions to be asked about the roster construction (i.e. do they have enough shooting?). Could the Sixers bring in Jamal Crawford? Yes. Is it likely? No. Not by a long shot.
