Nerlens Noel

Nerlens Noel was prize of the Holiday trade. Noel was impressive defensively as a rookie, but failed to develop on the offensive end for the Philadelphia 76ers. He had his best stretch of his career with the Sixers when he averaged 10.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.6 blocks.

He was traded to the Dallas Mavericks, but failed to make it his permanent home. He played with the Thunder last season and if they trade Steven Adams, Noel could get a chance to prove he’s a starting caliber center in the NBA.

Justin Patton

Like McGee’s tenure with Philly, Justin Patton’s stint with the franchise can be forgettable. He was acquired as a part of the deal that landed the Sixers Butler. He didn’t play most of the season due to a foot injury. When he did finally play, he didn’t impress. He averaged just 1.7 points and 2.0 rebounds.

Patton wasn’t ready to contribute to the 76ers title run last season like the club needed him to. He was released and veteran Greg Monroe was signed soon after. The Thunder signed him to a partially guaranteed three-year deal, so it appears that they are somewhat interested in developing the young center.
