Justin Holiday

The Philadelphia 76ers were the first team that Justin Holiday made his NBA debut with. He was originally signed at the end of the 2012-13 season. In nine games, he averaged 4.7 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists. Holiday was the second one of his family members to suit up for the Sixers.

After his tenure with Philly ended, Holiday has been a journeyman for his career. He’s played for the Golden State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks, Bulls, Knicks and Memphis Grizzlies. This offseason Holiday joined his youngest brother Aaron Holiday on the Pacers.

T.J. McConnell

After going undrafted, point guard T.J. McConnell defied the odds and joined the rebuilding Sixers. Despite lacking athleticism and a consistent outside shot, McConnell made a home for himself with the 76ers. His defensive grit and playmaking skills was embraced by the fan base, which made him a “cult hero” of “The Process”. During his tenure, McConnell averaged 6.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 4.7 assists.

Sadly, McConnell was one of the casualties of the roster overall this past summer. His lack of athleticism and shooting stopped him from being an effective backup during Philly’s postseason run last. He’s now a member of the Pacers.
