9. Furkan Korkmaz

October Stats: GP 4| MINS 15.0| FG% 38.9| 3P% 28.6| FT% 80.0| TRB 1.3| AST 0.5| BKL 0.3| STL 0.3| PF 1.8| TOV 0.8| PTS 5.5

Most of October wasn’t kind to Furkan Korkmaz. He wasn’t hitting very many shots in the first three games of the season. He was looking like the same player he was for the past two seasons. However, in the last game of the month against the Timberwolves, Korkmaz showed off his ability as a shooter. He finished the game with 17 points on 37.5 percent shooting from the 3-point line.

8. James Ennis

October Stats: GP 4| MINS 14.0| FG% 41.2| 3P% 16.7| FT% 80.0| TRB 5.8| AST 0.8| BKL 0.3| PF 1.5| TOV 1.3| PTS 5.8

For the most part, James Ennis had a solid month in October. He averaged the same amount of points and rebounds during the previous month. He even had one game where he record 11 rebounds, five of which were offensive boards. The only bad part about Ennis’ game was his 3-point shooting. The Sixers need one of their key rotational wings to shoot well from deep, if they want a chance to truly contend for a title.

7. Mike Scott

October Stats: GP 4| MINS 16.3| FG% 47.4| 3P% 41.7| FT% 100.0| TRB 3.8| AST 1.0| PF 2.8| TOV 0.5| PTS 6.8

With the exception of one game, Mike Scott had a quite October. His one stellar game came against the Pistons where he had 17 points on 5-6 shooting from behind the arc. Other than that game, he failed to convert any other 3-point attempts during that month. Hopefully, October will be the only month this season in which Scott struggled to make 3-pointers consistently.
