With the new year already coming and going, the Philadelphia 76ers can improve on a few things.

Following the departures of Jimmy Butler and J.J. Redick, as well as new arrivals, questions about how the current version of the Philadelphia 76ers would perform were bound to surface.

Here are three things that they need to improve in 2020.

3. Team camaraderie

Like any new group of coworkers or teammates, this is normal. However, as a legitimate title contender, uncertainty within the locker room becomes a concern for coaches as well as fans.

Sixers guard Josh Richardson voiced concerns about the camaraderie in a recent interview.

"“I don’t think that there’s enough accountability in our locker room right now, honestly. I think that we got some new guys, who don’t want to step on toes, including myself.”"

The Sixers’ new $109 Million dollar big man, Al Horford also spoke to media members and seemed a bit frustrated with his role on the team.

"“Offensively, I’m very limited with the things that I can do. So I can’t control that stuff… “I’m out [there] for the team and doing what I can to help us.”"

It would be hard-pressed to recall a time where Horford was frustrated with his role during his time with the Celtics.
