Norvel Pelle

By: Justin DiVirgilio

Norvel Pelle is a fun, rim running big who is an effective NBA player in theory. Pelle has shades of former Sixer Richuan Holmes with his energy and eagerness on the defensive end. With that being said, my resolution for Norvel Pelle would be to bottle that energy into fouling guys less.

Pelle has only appeared in seven NBA games this season while averaging 9.0 minutes per game in those contests. Yet, Pelle averages 1.7 fouls per game in that short span of time. Imagine Pelle playing 27 minutes in a game, the numbers would add up to him having 5 fouls in the game.

Trending. Rumors: Interest in Marcus Morris. light

The energy, enthusiasm, spirit, and athleticism that he brings are a breath of fresh air for this team. Pelle harnessing his talent and motor is key in his development with the Sixers. Pelle would be a nice change of pace center for Ben Simmons and others to play with. Pelle’s cutting down fouls is a major thing to work on for him to become a contributor for the Philadelphia 76ers down the line.
