1. Team cohesion

This team has played without Joel Embiid a handful of times this season. But this team has never gone weeks at a time without their big man to run the court. This disruption will force the whole team to up their game. The talent is there with the Sixers, but everyone needs to be on their A-game so that they can work their way up in the Eastern Conference.

Not only will we need the fundamental pieces like Josh Richardson, Al Horford, Tobias Harris, and Ben Simmons to play their hearts out every game, but the bench needs to come out every night ready to hustle. The backups, such as Furkan Korkmaz, James Ennis, Mike Scott, Matisse Thybulle, all need to come off the bench and fight to win games.

With everyone doing their part and working as a cohesive unit this team should be just fine in the absence of their franchise player.
