Philadelphia 76ers Player Rankings: Minor roster changes
3. Ben Simmons
February Stats: GP 7| MINS 33.1| FG% 60.3| 3P% 0.0| FT% 66.7| TRB 8.4| AST 7.4| BKL 0.4| STL 1.6| PF 2.9| TOV 4.3| PTS 17.4
Previous ranking: 1st
Honestly, there could be a real argument made that Ben Simmons shouldn’t be in the top-3 of these rankings. However, I looked at it like this, Simmons at his production is more valuable at seven games than any other player lower than him on these rankings are for the whole month.
Overall, before going down with nerve impingement in his back, Simmons was having a very good month. The two things he could have done better was to actually take outside shots and take care of the ball better. Out of those two, taking care of the ball better is the more likely option. He also had two triple-doubles and two double-doubles last month.
2. Tobias Harris
February Stats: GP 11| MINS 34.5| FG% 45.4| 3P% 41.7| FT% 85.7| TRB 6.6| AST 3.8| BKL 0.5| STL 0.9| PF 1.7| TOV 1.0| PTS 17.8
Previous ranking: 2nd

It was nice to see Tobias Harris have his best month shooting from outside this season during February. He averaged the second-lowest 3-point attempts per game this season last month as well.
The only thing that would have been nice seeing would have been if Harris would have been more aggressive scoring the ball. Despite Simmons and Richardson missing multiple games last month, Harris manages to average the lowest points per game he’s had in any month this season.
1. Joel Embiid
February Stats: GP 10| MINS 27.8| FG% 44.4| 3P% 38.7| FT% 80.6| TRB 10.0| AST 2.8| BKL 1.4| STL 1.2| PF 3.4| TOV 3.1| PTS 23.1
Previous ranking: 6th
There two games from this past month were Joel Embiid played like he was the best player in the world like he proclaimed he was after the All-Star break. He had a 39-point outing and a career-high 49-point outing during February. The only blemish on this past month for Embiid was that he couldn’t finish the month due to injury.
February was also controversial for Embiid. He was booed by Sixers fans and then proceeded to curse at the fans when he cheered for him. Then there was the social media exchange he had with former teammate Jimmy Butler. Despite those things coming about, Embiid still had a strong month overall.
There wasn’t too much roster change for the Philadelphia 76ers during February. Despite that, there were some major changes to these rankings.
