With Philly, Booker wouldn’t face the same type of pressure from defenses like he does with the Suns. Playing alongside proven scorers Embiid and Harris, while also being paired with an elite playmaker in Simmons should help Booker see an increase in his shot percentages. Embiid, Harris, and Simmons can attract the attention of opposing defenses, which should allow Booker to have more open looks.

The Suns gave Booker a very good point guard in Ricky Rubio to play alongside with this year. As a result, he saw his field goal and 3-point percentages increase from last season to this one. While Rubio is good, he’s probably a tier below Simmons as a passer, so having a point guard like Simmons should elevate Booker’s game even more.

As previously mentioned, Booker should see a positive uptick in his production if Brown uses him like he used Redick in years past. Booker will be put in the best place because he won’t have to carry the load and will probably be used in the offense to maximize his potential as a shooter.

Of course, adding Booker to this roster would immediately make the 76ers one of the favorites to win a title. Having three legit All-Stars on the roster, along with two really good players in Harris and Richardson would make the Sixers a scary team in the postseason.

The Philadelphia 76ers seem like a very good place for Booker to land if he becomes available. Not only would he probably help the Sixers win a championship, but being on the 76ers will help him reach the peak of his development as a player.
