22. LEANDRO BOLMARO / WING / BARCELONA

Few prospects are more divisive than Leandro Bolmaro, who is ranked as high as the lottery or as low as the second round depending on which expert you ask. From a skill perspective, it’s difficult to discredit Bolmaro. He simply has one glaring flaw — his jump shot.

At this stage, Bolmaro is an unproven shooter with shaky mechanics and even shakier percentages. He’s an advanced 6-foot-8 playmaker who can run the pick-and-roll, make a variety of passes, and break down defenders off the dribble, but that doesn’t matter much if defenses ignore him on the perimeter.

In the best-case scenario, Bolmaro is a go-to playmaker and scorer who can run an offense and capably defend multiple positions on the wing. He’s a fluid athlete and far lighter on his feet than he’s often given credit for. It all comes down to his shooting. If you buy it, he’s hard to deny in the first round.
