27. JAHMI’US RAMSEY / GUARD / TEXAS TECH

If nothing else, Jahmi’us Ramsey is a confident scorer on the perimeter. He hit a solid volume of spot-up jumpers in his lone season at Texas Tech, and he’s adept at attacking closeouts and using sly dribble moves to create space.

Streakiness is a concern for Ramsey. He only recently burst onto the scene, and his track record as a shooter isn’t a particularly long one. But his fearlessness is hard to deny. Ramsey is more than happy to take (and often make) difficult shots, even if it’s sometimes to his detriment.

As a shooter who can hit spot-up jumpers, beat closeouts, and provide a spark on the perimeter, it’s not difficult to envision a role for Ramsey at the next level. He’s also an intriguing athlete at 6-foot-4, and he could effectively defend a couple positions. There is still much to prove on defense, though.
