One potential trade from every Northwest Division team: Utah Jazz
This last potential deal is more of a trade between the margins. The Utah Jazz and the Sixers don’t have a lot of what the other teams want or could offer fair value for what they could want. With that in mind, this trade below is more of a money-saver for the 76ers than anything else.

Philly’s core of Embiid, Simmons, Harris, and Al Horford set to take up most of the salary cap, Philly needs to save money where ever they can. Mike Scott is set to make $5.0 million and considering he was barely in the playoff rotation this postseason, he should be a player who should be on the move.
Swapping him out for Georges Niang makes sense for the Sixers. Niang proved to be a high volume and efficient 3-point shooter this past season. The fourth-year power forward averaged 5.9 points while attempting 3.4 3-point shots on 40.0 percent shooting from deep in just 14.0 minutes a game this season.
Scott on the other hand averaged 6.0 points while shooting 3.2 3-point attempts on 36.9 percent from downtown in 17.8 minutes per game. Besides Scott being a slightly better rebounder and defender, the main difference is the money the two players are going to make next season. Niang is going to make $1.7 million next year, which is much cheaper than Scott.
Adding a third pick in this deal is a pot sweetener to get the Jazz interested in completing this trade. This deal doesn’t have a wow factor to it, but it would help the Sixers with their salary cap situation, which should be a win.
