One potential trade with each Southeast Division team: Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic are a team that has several legit big men at both power forward and center, while also not having a lot of shooting on their team. Sounds like they and the Philadelphia 76ers have a lot in common.

If both teams have similar flaws and are built in a similar way, making a hypothetical trade between the two clubs is tricky. However, this isn’t the first time that this problem has occurred in this series of articles and there is one easy way for the Sixers to make a legit trade for the Magic.

With five picks in the draft, it would be foolish of Philly not to try to trade up. Trading the 21st pick and the 34th pick for the 15th pick should interest both sides. For the Sixers, trading up is a smart move for the franchise as they couldn’t possibly manage five rookies on the roster.

They also get a legit chance at a player with lottery talent. RJ Hampton and Cole Anthony are some players that could fall to the 76ers at the 15th pick if they choose to make this hypothetical trade. Orlando gets two quality picks, which gives them three picks instead of two. That in itself is a good enough reason for the Magic to consider this deal.
