5 teams Simmons should want to be traded to: Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors are another team that is rumored to be interested in Simmons. He should also be interested in joining the likes of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. He would be the third option on that team and having two of the best shooters of time would open up the paint for Simmons to do some damage of offense.

He wouldn’t be the point guard, but possibly more of a point center on this team. However, that shouldn’t stop him from wanting to be on this club. With that in mind, the Warriors don’t have enough to make a deal with the Philadelphia 76ers by themselves. They need a third team involved and below is one such proposal.

The Warriors bring in the Detroit Pistons to make this deal possible. The Sixers get Jerami Grant and Jordan Poole, while also snagging the seventh and 14th picks in this upcoming draft. The Warriors get Simmons and the Pistons get Andrew Wiggins, James Wiseman, and the 76ers send the 50th pick, via the New York Knicks.

Grant played at an All-Star level this season and was a candidate for Most Improved Player of the Year. Poole is an up-and-coming sharpshooter and getting two lottery picks in a deep draft is a legit package that Philly should consider if this deal becomes available.
