25. Kyle Kuzma

Kyle Kuzma gets a fresh start with the Washington Wizards after his less than stellar season with the Los Angeles Lakers. The problem is that he will probably have to play out of position with Rui Hachimura solidified as the power forward of the team. Until Kuzma gets to play at power forward, he won’t be able to reach his potential.

“Green’s the original 3-and-D wing of the NBA and still can do so at a starting level caliber.”

24. Danny Green

Entering his 13th season, Danny Green is still a starting-caliber wing in the NBA and will be the starting small forward for the Philadelphia 76ers. Green’s the original 3-and-D wing of the NBA and still can do so at a starting level caliber. However, he’s not the player he once was, and at the age of 34-years-old at it’s unclear how much longer he can play at his current level.

23. Kevin Porter Jr.

After a bad fallout with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Kevin Porter Jr. has found a home with the Houston Rockets. He showed legit flashes of being a second or third scoring option for a playoff team. As long as Porter continues to make good personal decisions, he could be a bright part of the Rockets’ future.

22. T.J. Warren

Due to injuries, T.J. Warren only played in four games last year for the Indian Pacers. When healthy he’s a great three-level scorer and an important part of the Pacers’ offense. If he can stay healthy this season, he could be in the top-15 of the next offseason’s list.

21. Andrew Wiggins

In terms of shooting the ball and playing defense, Andrew Wiggins had the best season of his career in his first full year with the Golden State Warriors. Ultimately, Wiggins’ long term future probably won’t be with the Warriors, but his stay has helped develop him into a legit two-way player.
