10. Jerami Grant

Even with the addition of Cade Cunningham this offseason, Jerami Grant should still figure to be the go-to scorer for the Detroit Pistons this upcoming year. Grant proved he can be a three-level score and a focal point of an offense while shooting efficiently. Like Wood, Grant was one of the most improved players in the NBA last year and there’s no reason to believe that it was a fluke for the former Philadelphia 76ers’ forward.

9. John Collins

“[Tobias] Harris is best served as a third option on a title contender team, but for now, he’s a second option with the Sixers.”

John Collins was a big part of the Atlanta Hawks postseason run and he received the payday he deserved as a result. In terms of averages, last season wasn’t his best, but he’s a three-level scorer, strong defender, rebounder, and is an elite athlete at the position. Outside of being able to create off the dribble, Collins is pretty good at most other areas of the game.

8. Tobias Harris

That’s right, the Philadelphia 76ers have the eighth-best power forward on this list. Tobias Harris was percent less than a full 1.0 percent 3-point shooting and free throw shooting from joining the 50-40-90 club. He also had his best season as a defender too. Harris is best served as a third option on a title contender team, but for now, he’s a second option with the Sixers.

7. Pascal Siakam

It wasn’t a good season for Pascal Siakam and the Toronto Raptors. He struggled with his 3-point line and the Raptors couldn’t even play in their home country this past year. This season should be different and hopefully, his 3-point shooting makes a bounce back. When he is hitting outside shots, he’s a great two-way forward.

6. Julius Randle

Julius Randle deservedly won the Most Improved Player of the Year award this past season. Randle proved that he was a three-level scorer that could create for himself and others. He needs to become more ambidextrous if the New York Knicks want to take the next step but he’s a great third option on a title contender team whenever the Knicks become that.
