6. Samuel Dalembert
It took a few seasons, but Samuel Dalembert became a serviceable starting center for his career. Originally drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2001 with the 26th pick, he also played for the Kings, Houston Rockets, Milwaukee Bucks, Dallas Mavericks, and Knicks after playing eight seasons for Philly.
In his 13 year career, he averaged 7.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks. He might not have been the player that the Sixers should have selected in that draft, but he was a very solid big man during his time in the NBA.
5. Landry Shamet
The Landry Shamet era in Philadelphia was too short. He was traded during his rookie season for Tobias Harris after he appeared to be the heir apparent to J.J. Redick. The 26th pick of the 2018 NBA has played for the 76ers, Clippers, Brooklyn Nets, and was traded to the Phoenix Suns this offseason.
Shamet has career averages of 9.2 points on 39.7 percent from the 3-point line. He’s a combo guard how has a bright future in the NBA with him only entering his fourth season in the NBA. If only the Sixers could have kept him, he’d have a bigger role in Philly now.
