Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls fit this description perfectly. They are currently first in the East with a record of 25-10. The Chicago Bulls also have a hole at power forward with the season-ending injury that happened to Patrick Williams earlier this season. Harris would be able to slide right into this position and make the Bulls into legit championship contenders.

The actual trade logistics of the Chicago Bulls make this deal almost impossible to complete. Due to the over $35 million that Tobias Harris is making it is nearly impossible to create a realistic trade that the Bulls would accept. If somehow you could find a third team to help even out salaries, then the Chicago Bulls are definitely a team that would be interested in Harris.

Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks have not had quite the year that they expected, mostly due to the fact that Luka Doncic missed almost an entire month of the season. They are still at a very respectable sixth spot in the Western Conference. With Luka Doncic coming back and Kristpas Porzingis playing well, this is a team that is one player away from being a true championship contender.

The Dallas Mavericks could create a trade with the Philadelphia 76ers significantly easier than most other teams. Tim Hardaway Jr. is decently overpaid currently making over $20 million a year, therefore they can easily match up in a trade. For example, a trade of Hardaway Jr. and Maxi Kleber for Tobias Harris is not completely unrealistic for either team, though unlikely to happen.
