Joel Embiid has been on a tear lately. He’s averaging 34.7 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game while shooting 55.9% from the field and 38.8% from outside over his last 15 games. He’s been incredible and has planted his mammoth frame directly in the middle of the NBA MVP race.

The 76ers have been stout on the other end, as well, and are seventh in defensive rating at 107.6 during this stretch. Tied for second in net rating in this span behind the Phoenix Suns, Philly is playing like one of the very best teams in all of basketball.
