Sixers vs. Bulls preview

  • Monday, March 7 at Wells Fargo Center

Chicago’s success this season is tied to the performance of DeMar DeRozan. His 28 points per game have kept opposing defenses on their toes when trying to defend the basket.

Contributions from Zach Lavine and Nikola Vucevic also make the Bulls a hard team to defeat. Vucevic’s effort on the glass puts his teammates in situations to score easy points. His 11.6 rebounds is the highest average on the team. According to ESPN.com, Lavine, Vucevic, and DeRozan account for 70.6 points per night.

Defeating the Bulls will give the Sixers a 4-0 record for the season series. This will be significant in the Eastern Conference playoff picture later in the season. If the Sixers continue to find success on the hardwood, they will rise in the Conference standings. A win on Monday, March 7 at home could solidify a higher spot in the Eastern Conference bracket.
