15. Juan Toscano-Anderson, G/F

Despite having a down year shooting from the 3-point line, Juan Toscano-Anderson is a solid 3-and-D wing in the NBA. The 6-foot-6 wing worked his way up from the G-League onto the Golden State Warriors roster. If he’s looking for a big payday he would be out of the 76ers and Warriors price range.

14. Jalen McDaniels, PF

If the Charlotte Hornets front office was smart, they wouldn’t let Jalen McDaniels go in free agency. At 6-foot-9 the 24-year-old has been developing into a solid 3-and-D forward. It’s fair to write that most players including McDaniels from here on out will be out of the 76ers price range in free agency.

13. Amir Coffey, G/F

Amir Coffey made a huge leap in his third season with the Los Angeles Clippers. The 6-foot-7 wing has become a solid 3-and-D wing. At 24-years-old, he still has room to grow. He has the potential to be a good role player for many years to come.

12. Cody Martin, G/F

Like Coffey, Cody Martin of the Hornets also took a big leap in his third season. The 6-foot-5 wing finally become a quality 3-point shooter in his third season. As a result, the 26-year-old has now become a quality role player due to his growth into a 3-and-D player.

11. Caleb Martin, G/F

Just like his twin brother in the spot above him, Caleb Martin also saw growth this season as a member of the Miami Heat. I’ve written about the 26-year-old as a potential free agent target as the 6-foot-5 wing was a solid 3-and-D wing for the Heat during the deep playoff run.
