Sixers podcast: Restricted free agent list | most disappointing playoff losses

This episode of the Sixer Sense Podcast explores more options related to who can be added to the Sixers roster this off-season. We also look at a recent interview with a former Sixer and some of the most disappointing playoff series losses in recent memory. We start off with restricted free agent options.

The Sixer Sense Episode 194

Lucas Johnson wrote an article this week that lists the top restricted free agents that the Sixers should consider signing. The podcast goes over several players who could add value to the team as the front office attempts to improve the roster. Players like Lonnie Walker IV, Donte DiVincenzo, Davon Reed, and Kevin Knox are mentioned to be possible additions. We also explain why some RFA players should be avoided at all costs.

The next topic we dive into is related to some comments made by former Sixer, Eric Snow. On The Zach Gelb Show podcast recently, he stated that Joel Embiid only has 2-3 years left of elite play. The podcast discusses whether or not that is a fair assessment and if we think he has a point.

We then pivot to the top five most disappointing playoff series losses since Joel Embiid has been on the Sixers. The clear winner is the Toronto elimination in 2019, but after that the list of disappointing playoff series losses differs between Lucas and Uriah. Listen to hear how their lists are ordered.
