19. Cavaliers: Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen

Let’s be clear, if the Cleveland Cavaliers didn’t have to deal with so many injuries last season, they would have been in the playoffs and not just the play-in tournament. They’re one of the most exciting young teams in the NBA.

They have the makings of a big three in Darius Garland, Jarrett Allen, and Evan Mobley. Despite Collin Sexton being injured last season and currently a restricted free agent, he’s a solid part of their future. Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio are great veterans to have on the roster as well.

“He could easily average around 20 points and 10 assists next season.”

Allen is the first part of the Cavaliers’ dynamic duo. He’s one of the best defensive centers in the league and can be a great finisher around the rim. It should be noted that Mobley can easily take this spot next season if he shows growth.

Garland has transformed himself into one of the best playmakers last season. Let’s not mention the fact he’s a two-way guard on top of that which arguably makes him a top-10 point guard in the NBA. He could easily average around 20 points and 10 assists next season.
