28. Magic: Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero
The Orlando Magic have been rebuilding for a few years now, but this season they are primed to make a leap. They have the potential to field a starting five with four out of the five starters standing at least 6-foot-8 or taller.
They have a great young core of Jalen Sugg, Markelle Fultz, Cole Anthony, Franz Wagner, Jonathon Isaac, Paolo Banchero, Wendell Carter, and Mo Bamba. However, there are only two players who can make up the Magic’s dynamic duo.

Despite being a rookie, Paolo Banchero was the number one pick in this past draft. The power forward has the potential to create his own offense better than anyone else on the Magic and he has an NBA-ready frame despite being a rookie.
The argument could be made that Wagner was the steal of the lottery picks in the 2021 draft. Last year he averaged 15.2 points and 2.9 assists. He also shot 35.4 percent from downtown. He’s bound to get better in his second season.
